Built for private & international schools
Every child accounted for. Every handover verified.
Safiri connects school transport teams, drivers, conductors and families through live trip visibility and a verifiable chain of custody.
One accountable journey
Transport is the part of the school day that leaves campus oversight.
Phone calls, paper rosters and live-map dots cannot prove who boarded, who remained onboard or who received a child.
Safiri creates a single custody record from the first scan to the final handover—visible to the school and meaningful to families.
Every handoff leaves a record.
Built around the real responsibilities of transport teams—not around a generic vehicle tracker.
Boarding confirmed
The conductor verifies the student against the assigned trip roster.
Student · conductor · time · stopJourney visible
School teams and authorised families follow the same live trip status.

Dynamic parent QR first; printed backup QR with an additional identity check.

Trip closure is blocked until every boarded child is reconciled and the final sweep is complete.
Headcount · sweep · closureEveryone sees what they need. Nothing more.
The driver drives. The conductor safeguards. The school oversees. The family stays informed.

Hardware-light
QR verification runs on ordinary school-issued Android devices without proprietary scanners.
Connectivity-aware
Trip-critical workflows are designed for the network conditions schools encounter every day.
School-controlled
Guardians, permissions, routes and safety overrides remain under school oversight.
Your first route can be ready without a long IT project.
Safiri is introduced with your transport team, using your real vehicles, routes, staff and safeguarding rules.
Set up the school
We create the school workspace, administrator access and safeguarding roles.

What happens when a parent’s phone is unavailable?+
The in-app dynamic QR is the primary credential. A school-issued printed QR acts as a backup and requires the conductor to perform an additional guardian identity check before release.
Does Safiri require special scanning hardware?+
No. Safiri is designed around the cameras already available on school-issued Android devices, keeping deployment hardware-light.
Can the platform work with unreliable connectivity?+
Trip-critical workflows are designed to continue during interruptions and synchronise when connectivity returns. Schools should validate offline behavior during their pilot.
Does the driver scan students while driving?+
No. Safiri separates driving from student custody. The conductor owns boarding, alighting and guardian verification while the driver stays focused on the road.
